Medical: Radiation Oncology

• Cools and stabilizes all high power and RF electronics, linac, and

   temperature sensitive devices

• Tailored packaging for fully sealed rotation around the patient

• Material selection to maintain water quality and resist MeV X-ray radiation

• Nested cooling circuits at different temperatures:

     Radiatively-cooled primary circuit dissipates 11.5kW at 40oC

     TE-cooled nested circuit dissipates 700W at 20oC

•  Coolant temperature regulated to within 0.5o C

•  Typical pressures and flows:

     Primary circuit: 85psi and 13gpm

     TE-cooled circuit: 40psi, 4GPM

•  Options: resistivity control to 1 mega-Ohm-cm
